First you need to delete the old libart_lgpl dir in mozilla src tree:

cd bootstrap/mozilla/work/main.d/mozilla/other-licenses
rm -rf libart_lgpl

Then you can checkout the new tree again:

export CVSROOT=":pserver:anonymous cvs-mirror mozilla org:/cvsroot"
cvs login

For the password just type: anonymous

cd bootstrap/mozilla/work/main.d
cvs -z3 checkout mozilla/other-licenses/libart_lgpl

Now just go back and run 'make install' in bootstrap/mozilla.
