Seems to be a bug on xchat. Tcl_HashSearch is included in tclHash.h,
which is part of eggdrop, an OpenSource IRC bot. I don´t know if xchat
is just derived from eggdrop or has it as a dependence. If the last is
true, try installing eggdrop (at www.eggheads.com).
