0.30.1: some errors with a coupple pacakges

i have had, at least some of these errors, happen with older versions of
garnome too, but im just now trying to get a well working, complete
installation, even if it is just the gnome 2.5.5 dev release :)

so here are the errors:

___fifth-toe/jamboree:___

...
checking id3tag.h usability... no
checking id3tag.h presence... no
checking for id3tag.h... no
configure: error: you need libid3tag (sometimes included in mad)
make[1]: *** [configure-work/main.d/jamboree-0.4/configure] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/upgrdman/garnome-0.30.1/fifth-toe/
jamboree'
make: *** [paranoid-install] Error 2

but:

 rpm -qa | grep mad
libmad-devel-0.15.1-0.b.rh90.dag
libmad-0.15.1-0.b.rh90.dag

 rpm -qa | grep id3
id3lib-3.8.3-5.fr
libid3tag-0.15.1-0.b.rh90.dag

but "locate id3tag.h" still doesnt find anything (and my search DB is
current)
