Here is a diff (unified, attached) against the README file that comes with the
GARNOME tarball. I've added the corresponding info in the bootstrap/ directory.
I have also made a mention about 'make garchive' since it was not present at all
in the README.

Note about README vs GARNOME site : I truly think both should be in sync. At the
moment, you need to read both docs (README and site's FAQ) to have all the info,
something bad IMHO since people do not have always Internet access at hand (and
may forget to save the GARNOME site FAQ page).

As for our bootstrap stuff, I still think it's strange : I only uncommented the
GARCHIVE dir in gar.conf.mk for my tarballs to go in a special directory. When
I do a 'make clean' in any part of the GARNOME tree, they are not deleted
(whereas they are in bootstrap/, with the same settings).

Thanks for your attention, do not hesitate to tell me whether we can improve the
doc further.
