Also:

bluefish needs to go to 0.13, and needs --with-gnome2-prefix=$(prefix)
to the CONFIGURE_ARGS

Galeon needs to go to 1.3.14 to build against mozilla 1.7b -
unfortunately it fails to build - see
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=140132

Cherokee needs to go to 0.4.16 and the MASTER_SITES needs to change to:
MASTER_SITES = ftp://alobbs.com/$(GARNAME)/0.4/$(GARVERSION)/
