Change in the Makefiles in
bootstrap/fontconfig, bootstrap/render, bootstrap/xrender and bootstrap/xft
MASTER_SITES = http://pdx.freedesktop.org/~fontconfig/release/
to
MASTER_SITES = http://pdx.freedesktop.org/~xlibs/release/
