offline build?

I'd like to download all the components necessary to do an offline build of
garnome...is there a canonical list or do I have to sift through the make
process manually...I'm hoping that there is a simple way to do this so I can
download all the bits at work, doing it at home with the standard build script
would be painful as I only have dial-up...
