Nevermind... I got it to compile by editing the Makefile for galeon and changing the --with-mozilla-snapshot=1.3b in CONFIGURE_ARGS to --with-mozilla-snapshot=1.3
The configure script says that the default is to detect it, and when I ran configure without specifying, it detected it just fine.
Galeon 1.3.3 works just great. On to Evolution...

I didn't have the chance to test garnome 0.22 yet, but I compiled Galeon
1.3.3 and Mozilla 1.3 with garnome 0.21.2 with no problems.
