Unable to install Gconf

Hello,

I'm trying to install Gconf. I'm running SuSE 7.3. which has neen added
onto.
I'm using garnome.0.24.0; Everything  to that point (bootstrap,
GTK,pango, orbit,gtk-doc,libxml2,libxslt,python stuff) all loaded OK.
Gconf will compile, linkm and install libs but barfs on processing the
html files:
