0.20.0: install fails on gst-plugins/libgstvorbis

My installation of garnome-0.20.1 is now failing on gst-plugins, during
libgstvorbis. (I have succesfully built gstreamer and gst-plugins with
earlier garnome versions.) I have removed my old garnome directory. This
is the error:
