Error in librsvg-2.2.3

I'm new to garnome and have only just Linux some months.
I tried to install garnome. In order not to make problems with my own
settings Icreated a user called garnome where I unpacked garnome-0.21.2.
I changed to root and began installing. It seems that the folder
"garnome" was automaticaly placed in root.
Under installing it stopped telling:

Could anybody help me. What should I do now.
(I'm using SuSE8.1)
