hi,
this problem:
/opt/gnome2_2/lib/libXrender.so: undefined reference to `XextAddDisplay'
/opt/gnome2_2/lib/libXrender.so: undefined reference to `XextFindDisplay'
/opt/gnome2_2/lib/libXrender.so: undefined reference to `XextRemoveDisplay'
/opt/gnome2_2/lib/libXrender.so: undefined reference to `XMissingExtension'
can be fixed by putting
CC = cc -lXext
in the relevant Makefile
(garnome-0.21.2/gnome/pango/work/main.d/pango-1.2.1/pango)
you only have to do this for pango; the other projects will compile fine.
sorry, I don't know the "right" fix,
