compiling garnome-0.20.0 fails in gnome-terminal

Hi,

when compiling garnome-0.20.0 my compiler fails in the file


garnome-0.20.0/gnome/gnome-terminal/work/gnome-terminal-2.1.4/src/encoding.c
 

on line 374 telling me, that the variable >encoding< is not declared.

This is due to the declaration in line 356.

Swapping lines 355 and 356 solves this problem for me.
