libbz2 error

libbz2 error I installed all of the packages where I saw an error and did a
./configure command I gota libbz2 error I downloaded the libbz2 and it says
I already have a newer one installed so I know I have it but the complier is
saying I need  libbz2 so what shoul I do 

configure: error: Gnome-vfs requires libbz2 to compile.
