xchat version up to 2.0.6

since apparently a new garnome release is imminent,

xchat is up to version 2.0.6, not sure if that version got the
*_DEPRECATED love that was missing, since I didn't bother with the 2.5.x
GARs yet, too much breakage. And 2.4 is _soo_ nice these days :)
