YEAAAH!! It worked!
The problem was that I had this .ent files:
/usr/local/maple8/data/xml/dtd/mathml2/isoamsb.ent
/usr/share/apps/ksgmltools2/docbook/xml-dtd-4.1.2/ent/iso-amsb.ent
/usr/share/sgml/entities/sgml-iso-entities-8879.1986/ISOamsb.ent
/usr/share/sgml/entities/sgml-iso-entities-9573-13.1991/ISOamsb.ent
/usr/share/sgml/entities/xml-iso-entities-8879.1986/ISOamsb.ent
I added comments in the script to force the search in /usr/share/sgml.
Thanks a lot,
