So as a MASSIVE TROLL to get you all ITCHING AND KVETCHING for NEW
FEATURES, I present to you: BLING GAR

I basically added a bunch of escape sequences (and a control in
gar.conf.mk) to colorize the actual output of GAR.

It's also set up so that you can change the color that the upstream
build systems and programs use.

You can also comment out the COLOR_GAR variable in gar.conf.mk, or
override it on the command line to go back to dumb terminal mode.
