This version of GARNOME should have had it disabled by default. My fault. :)

However, to generate docs, you need to build gtk-doc (probably not built
early on enough in your GARNOME), and all of its dependencies, ie. jade,
docbook dtd, docbook stylesheets, etc.

The next release will *hopefully* make all of this "just work". :-)
