Glabels garball

I recently found a very cool labeling application called glabels that I
thought I'd share with everyone.

Attached is the checksum file and the Makefile for building this with
garnome.

Enjoy!

P.S. The only thing I'm not 100% sure on is the gdk-pixbuf requirement
on the glabels home page (snaught.com/glabels).  That seems to have been
integrated into something else in G2.  This built fine after a standard
garnome build.
