mono-debugger needs jay

Hello there,

I'm compiling mono-debugger but the configure fails
saying that jay can't be found in my PATH. (the rest
of mono is compiled correctly)

What is jay? what package provides it? Where can I
download it?  I'm using Mandrake 9.1

By the way...

the Makefile say www.go-mono.net, this is wrong, the
right URL is www.go-mono.com
