GARNOME 0.23.0 is finally, at long last, really and truly OUT THERE!

Hey gang,

Holy cow. Finally. Here it is:

  Get 0.23.0 from: http://www.gnome.org/~jdub/garnome/

  I've avoided upgrading vte, metacity and gnome-panel to their 2.3.0
  versions. Basically because I wanted to keep this GARNOME 'stable' so we
  have something to fall back on during the 2.3 process. The next release
  will be back on the totally unstable track, with no regard for your
  safety, and full regard for tester's masochism. ;-)

  If there's anything I should update, please let me know. Again, this
  release is totally out of sync with CVS. CVS is old and barf-worthy, this
  is happy and new. Enjoy!


Short'n'sweet:

  * Update to mostly GNOME 2.3.0 stuff.
  
  * New: alleyoop, epiphany, evolution, gaim, gnome-mag, gok, gpdf,
    grandr_applet, sound-juicer, spheres-and-crystals and... mono (with some
    friends).
  
  * Lots of stuff has been updated.
  
  * Expect some build issues with: net-rhythmbox/sound-juicer (they both
    want libmusicbrainz, but different versions), mono-debugger and xmlroff.
  
  * Removed: goats (superceded by sticky notes applet shipped with GNOME).
