	Yeah.  Old BUILD_CLEAN was Jeff's, and it was a 0 or 1
setting.  My (upstream) BUILD_CLEAN uses an ifdef, so setting it to
ANYTHING causes it to happen.  Jeff merged mine in just before 0.15.

	What are you seeing?
