Editing hacking-0.19.0/gnome/gnome-vfs/work/*/libgnomevfs/Makefile

and moving the file from the noinst_HEADERS list to the
libgnomevfsinclude_HEADERS and the running make install in
hacking-0.19.0/gnome/gnome-vfs/work/*/libgnomevfs/

makes the problem go away - upstream bug by the looks of it ..
