I think the FAQ should get a section on how to force Garnome to
reconfigure if a build failed. I hope my explanation gets it right

Did you have bison, byacs & flex installed from the beginning or did you
miss those requirement, then make, then it failed, then you installed
them and make again? If so, you have to reconfigure. This occurred today
on IRC and reconfiguring helped.

cd garnome-0.9.7/gnome/<offending package>/cookies
rm -rf configure-work build-work
cd garnome-0.9.7/meta/gnome-desktop
make install

Then it should configure again.
