attn jdub, suggestion adding freetype plugin to gimp-1.3.7 deps

hi list, after having built gimp-1.3.7 and having played around with a
bit i was left wondering if the only text string you could render with
the font tool was 'gimp'.. the following conversation on #gimp ensued:

<naru> hi, question: am i just too dumb or is it not possible to render
       anything else than the string "gimp" in gimp-1.3.7 ? 
       tool options only show font selection no inputarea. TIA

<brix> AFAIK it's not part of the official GIMP... yet.

i suppose adding the freetype plugin to the deps would make sense,
personally i only tried out gimp to see what the nice new fontengine
would do for the gimp.
