Again....fonts

The problem is....how to show to gnome where are the fonts
I had all that M$ fonts instaled. For example, if i want to use Verdana
fo my Gtk apps...i can't...gnome does not show me it...show me lots
menus every kind of MS fonts.
Have anyone some issu like this??
