nautilus won't compile

hi all,

while compiling garnome 0.19.5 i get this error message:

nautilus-server-connect.c: In function `main':
nautilus-server-connect.c:422: `LC_ALL' undeclared (first use in this
function)

i was not able to solve this problem, so it would be nice if anyone
could give me a hint on what's wrong.
