Re: is panel transparency back?



Hi, on GNOME panel 2.1.3 (as in GARNOME 1.19.3), on a
16-bit display (GNU/Linux, Red Hat 8, a Pentium Pro
machine), the transparency does not work (as following
the instruction from Jeff below).  The panel shows
black background no matter what alpha setting I
choose.  Don't know if this is a bug or just known not
working yet for this configuration.
