no dialog windows in tasklist

i can't see dialog windows, popups etc. in my tasklist. only
main windows are shown, so i have the problem that i have to minimize
all windows to see the popup or dialog opened by an application.
seems to be a tasklist problem and i don't know if here's the right
place to talk about? does anyone know if there's a solution for that?

Sie muessen einen PC nicht einschalten, um herauszufinden,
ob WINDOWS installiert ist.
Sehen Sie einfach nach, ob die Aufschrift auf der Reset-Taste
noch lesbar ist.
