1.) install sawfish (it's not part of meta/gnome-desktop) by 'cd
garnome-0.13.1/gnome/sawfish'; make install

2.) When compile is finished: Go to session preferences -> running
programs. Find metacity, change type from "respawn" to "normal". Then in
a terminal 'killall metacity && sleep 5 && sawfish &&
gnome-session-save'. Then, if you want sawfish to immediately restart
should it die, go to session preferences -> running programs again, find
sawfish, change from "normal" to "respawn"
