Okay, I swear I'll stop posting this and wait for a response.

I just noticed, sometimes when it get's done scrolling the kernel panic 
output, if I hit another key (enter?) it scrolls more.  It did this a 
couple times and then wouldn't got further.  They only really interesting 
thing is this time "inotify_dev_timer" was in the end blcok of the call 
trace.  But then again so was "unknown_bootoption".
