In https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=690430 we discuss that moving scores from /var/games to the home directory prevents you from sharing the same scores with other users on your machine. But if the scores are not saved in your home directory, you lose your scores when you switch computers or reinstall your OS (and keep your home directory). A "best of both worlds" solution would be to treat /var/games as canonical and create a copy of the scores there in your home directory as a backup. Right now, most of the games have moved their scores into home. The easiest solution would be to modify the other games to do the same. Thoughts?
