Neil Roberts' work at Intel has resulted in some initial code to support clutter. A little ifdef'ing needs to be done to support compile-time selection of clutter that hasn't been done yet. I have merged Neil's work after discussing the change with Thomas and Christian. We're committed to supporting clutter for 2.26 and on embedded devices like Maemo and Moblin.
