Can someone do the 2.23.3 release?

Hi

Would anyone else have the time to do the 2.23.3 release? I just
realized that my key is not working due to that ssh issue. I don't
have enough time to look into that too as I'm way behind studying for
my exam Wednesday. If we ever meet I'll buy beverages of desired type
to the person who will help me out here. (and promise to get back to
hacking at gnome-games over the summer too)
