Hello Howard,
This seems to be a bug in the Windows version of gnome-games.
Could you please submit a bugreport here:
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/browse.cgi?product=gnome-games
If you could please also include the result from running sol.exe.
Eg. open the command prompt in Windows (run: cmd.exe),
then start sol.exe, for example like this:
C:\Program Files\gnome-games\bin\sol.exe
Which version of Windows are you using?

Andreas,
Thank you for your work. I have been a fan of Aisleriot in Ubunto and since
I still move back and forth between Ubuntu and Windows, I was happy to find
your Windows port. I installed it today and although it works well in my
primary admin user account, I can't get it to open properly in my user
account. I've moved the Start menu gnome-games folders to the All
Users/Start folder and now have access to the shortcut, but the Windows
terminal window opens and closes in less than a second so that the game
window never opens.
If you have some suggestions on how I can get this running in my user
account, it would be very much appreciated.
Thanks,
Howard
