More Mahjongg Maps?

How do you feel about adding more maps or layouts to Mahjongg?

Would you want to limit the defualt to only very few sets and put any new
layouts in gnome-data-extras?

I was thinking about adding more levels and rather than dig straight into
the Gnome Mahjongg XML instead I played around with the Board Editor in
KDE Mahjongg for a while because it was easy and have created a few
layouts which might be of interest. The KMahjongg level editor is quite
limited in various ways but it was easy and allowed me to try out new
levels and get a better sense of which ones I really like and would be
interested enough in to make effort of recreating them for Gnome
Mahjongg.

While looking for layout to recreate I learned about Xmahjongg
http://www.lcdf.org/~eddietwo/xmahjongg/
which supports various different types of Mahjongg file formats including
the KDE format and it seems there are quite a lot of levels freely
available on the internet if you are willing to go to the trouble of
finding them. (I suppose the point I'm trying to make here is that
ideally Gnome Mahjongg would support other formats but unless it is
something someone is planning on working on it would probably be
worthwhile for me to try and create more levels in the meantime.)

The prospect of creating map layouts using only a text editor in a custom
XML format specific to Gnome Mahjongg only and unlikely to be reused by
other programs is a daunting prospect. Essentially I'm looking for insight
into your future plans and general roadmap for Mahjongg and hoping for a
little encouragement before I spend any more time on something you might
not actually be interested in.

P.S. I thought it might be nice to show the current game title in the
title bar so I filed a low priority request:
