glines compared to KDE colour lines

I got stuck into playing Five or More (aka glines) for a few hours
yesterday and when I was finished I had a good think about it.

One of the things I eventually realised was that "Next Balls:" didn't make
sense anymore if like me you were using the Shapes theme. [PATCH]

I played around with the KDE Colour Lines game and I have to say I had
much more fun, the reason being that it is (by default) a much easier
game which meant I could play it quickly rather than thinking deeply about
each move. I might file a bugzilla request for an easier version later.

Still looking at the KDE game I notice they provide the option to hide the
"Next Balls" Preview, which made me think it be an idea for glines to turn
it into a toolbar that could be turned on and off (the downside to this
might be that the preview would no longer be independantly resizable, and
you probably dont want to hide the scores). The status bar is used
infrequently by Glines (used only for Game Over and when hovering over
menu items) so there could be room to put the Scores in the status bar.

Please let me know what you think of these suggestions and if I should
maybe file bug reports for any of them.

Sincerely

Alan Horkan
