Pesetas 2 Euro is implemented but commented since it does not provide
nice results I think, only for big quantities. Can anyone take a look at
it. It might be a range problem. I have to see the PHP ranges. 
I am uploading Fernando Herrera's Sponsor a hacker code to the CVS and
adding new hotels where people can ask for rooms.
