Sponsor a hacker code

		Hi to all.
	I wrote the code to add "sponsor a hacker" via paypal for the guadec
website. However, I'm leaving tomorrow to Andorra: only snow and ski, no
computers neither internet connection. I have no time to intall the system in
the guadec website... so please, can anyone take responsibility of this?

	The code is almost finished. It need to be "htmlized" and "eye candy".
Also there a .php page is needed for one admin person with access to the
paypal account to confirm by hand pending transaction (i.e: query all not
confirmed transaction with pend_reason='', show them and a link to update them
as confirmmed='1')

	The layout is:
	admin/add.php
	admin/edit.php   --> This to need to be apache restricted!!!
        donate.php
        index.php
        sponsor.sql
	conf.inc --> Configuration. Not readable via web. You have to update
		     with guadec web server variables (database, user, url)
	gotopaypal.php
        notify.php

Also a ok.php to give thanks and a ko.php to say that there was an error are
needed.
