In the database of information on speakers & presenters, can we include
the questions of 

-1- needed audio-visual equipment
-2- travel (from which city they must depart and return)

The first will help with the question from <JESUSGLEZALV@terra.es>.

The second will help us determine the travel expense and our ability
to subsidize these costs (or see that the presenter's employer picks
up these costs.)
