Overview of changes since NetworkManager-1.36.6

* Set "src" attribute for routes from DHCPv4 to the leased address. This
helps with source address selection.
* Fix and change order of IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. The order affects
the priority for source address selection.
* ppp: fix problems with IPv6 enabled.
* Various minor bugfixes.
