Overview of changes since NetworkManager-1.10.12

This is a new stable release of NetworkManager.  Notable changes include:

* Support hidden SSID in wifi AP mode
* The systemd-resolved DNS plugins now supports MDNS
* Fix leak of DNS queries to local name servers when connecting to a
  full-tunnel VPN (CVE-2018-1000135) (bgo #746422)
* Fix a vulnerability in the internal DHCPv6 client (CVE-2018-15688)
  (LP #1795921) (rh #1639067)
* Fix handling of IPv6 address lifetimes in RA to prevent a possible
  denial-of-service (LP #1796622)
* Fix crash parsing more than 10 DNS settings in the ifcfg-rh plugin
