Unplanned release to fix a possibly exploitable vulnerability.

Changes since 3.23.4:

- Fix translator comments.
- Port BoxesNotification from GdNotification to GtkRevealer.
- Store the user password in the keyring during an express installation.
- Use unicode in a new translatable string.
- Added/updated/fixed translations:
  - Polish
  - Danish
