Changes since 3.16.1:

- Provide symbolic icon.
- Case-insensitive check for file extension.
- Remove redundant work-around for Windows XP installer.
- Ensure "Saving…" status goes away on error.
- Only autosave running machines.
- Assign 2G RAM to VMs by default. At least Fedora 22 installer has been
  reported to have problems unless RAM is at least 2G.
- Added/updated/fixed translations:
  - Czech
  - Hungarian
  - Simplified Chinese
  - Spanish
  - Turkish
