Changes since 3.11.4.1:

- Much smoother goto animations.
- Avoid a redundant zoom-out at end of goto animations by making
  use of new geocode-glib and libchamplain API.
- Make Maps work against geoclue 2.1.x and latest gtk+.
- If accuracy area is less than 1, show 'exact' instead of '0 km2'.
- Explicitly specify desired accuracy level to geoclue.
- Update website URL in AppData file.
- Make gnome-maps executable a real binary.
- Update recent added time on re-visits.
- Fix a compiler warning.
- Added/updated/fixed translations:
  - Brazilian Portuguese
  - Chinese simplified
  - Czech
  - Galician
  - Hebrew
  - Lithuanian
  - Norwegian
  - Slovenian

- Require gio-2.0 >= 2.39.3
- Require gjs-1.0 >= 1.39.0
- Require geocode-glib >= 3.11.5 (runtime-only)
- Require libchamplain >= 0.12.6 (runtime-only)
