About GNOME DVB Daemon

GNOME DVB Daemon is a daemon written in Vala based on GStreamer to
setup your DVB devices, record and watch TV shows and browse EPG. It
can be controlled by any application via its D-Bus interface.

This release is a major update that is based in the latest version
of gstreamer. It adds support for the DVBv5 API, which requires a
new format for the channels configuration file. In addition, the
client UI has been ported to python 3.

- New minimum requirements: vala 0.25.1, libgee 0.8,
  gstreamer/gst-plugins-bad 1.4.0, python 3.2
