News

- Prevent the window from being taller than the height of the monitor

Background:
- Fix memory corruption when creating preview
- Fix top bar location on dual-head
- Fix crasher when entering/leaving the background panel

Date & Time:
- Fix timezone strings on non UTF-8 locales

Network:
- Disconnect from signal on finalize
- Fix a possible crash with no active connections
- Don't include spaces in proxy's ignore-hosts setting
- Avoid using uninitialized memory when ignore-hosts is empty

Sharing:
- Don't allow empty passwords in screen sharing

User Accounts:
- Really select the newly-created user
- Make sure not to show sensitive widgets for actions we don't have
  permission for
- Clear suggested user name field when user clears the full name field
  in the add user dialog
