tracker 0.15.4

About Tracker
=============

Tracker is a semantic data storage for desktop and mobile devices.
Tracker uses W3C standards for RDF ontologies using Nepomuk with
SPARQL to query and update the data.

Tracker is a central repository of user information, that provides two
big benefits for the user; shared data between applications and
information which is relational to other information (for example:
mixing contacts with files, locations, activities and etc.).

Notes:

  * The 0.15.3 tarball uploaded was done using the wrong version of
    libgee for building the C sources from Vala. This is detailed in
    these bug reports:

      Tracker should build against libgee 0.8:
      https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=691807#c4

      tracker 0.15.3 fails to build: g_type_init is deprecated
      https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=695470

    This release fixes the tarball released AND includes the above
    fixes. Apologies for any inconvenience.
