* Fix upside-down board numbering when Black is on bottom
* Some fixes for when a game is autosaved/autoloaded
* Don't start a new game if the new game dialog is dismissed with the Esc key
* Fix game disappearing when Preferences is opened in fullscreen view
* Claim Draw
  * Menu item is now insensitive until a draw can successfully be claimed, to
    prevent confusion by the lack of user feedback when no draw is available
  * Fixes for threefold repetition detection
  * Fix detection of draws by the fifty-move rule
