Bug Fixes:
    - Remove resources using a _sync()
      removal (Same issue as EWS in
      https://bugzilla.gnome.org/691937)
    - Add workaround for E-D-S crashing
      if cal_backend_get_object() returns
      a NULL *calobj (workaround due to
      be removed once E-D-S has a fix for
      this issue)
